Academic Planning and Development Committee
In terms of para 3.3.1.1 of the Statute under section 13 of The NIPER Act, 1998, the Academic Planning & Development Committee (A.P.D.C.) of the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research (NIPER) – Hajipur is constituted for the period of three years w.e.f. August 2023, consisting of the following persons:

The committee is required to oversee, as per clause 3.3.2, the following:
- To aid and advise the board on academic planning and development, and to monitor the academic, research, and consultancy activities of the institute.
- To recommend to the board regarding (a) the creation of posts on the staff and abolition thereof, and (b) the emoluments and duties attached to such posts.
- To suggest ways and means for interdisciplinary coordination in teaching and research.
